The Majority of the personal information you provide to us freely when you register over the phone, send your CV or Application letter or via our Website Contact page.

We collect information to include your name, contact information, address, email, telephone details, gender, marital status, date of birth, nationality, National Insurance number.

Other sensitive information such as racial or ethnic origin, disability, or criminal records.

Information enabling us to provide an effective recruitment service; location, whether you hold a driving license.

Publicly available information in relation to relevant work history: education, employment history, skills and experience, licenses relevant to career, relevant qualifications.

We hold and process personal data about you in order to provide our recruitment services to you. To maintain our Business relationship with you and to match your details with Job Vacancies, to assist us in finding positions that are suitable for you and to submit your coand certifying documents to clients to verify your experience. To answer your enquiries. To fulfil contractual obligations with our Customers. To trusted third parties where we have retained them to provide services that you or our clients have requested, such as reference, qualification and criminal reference checking services, verification of the details you have provided from third party sources, psychometric evaluations or skills tests. These third parties comply with similar undertakings of privacy and confidentiality as Try Construction Recruitment Ltd.

We usually keep this information for a 10 year period which enables us to always advise you of any new opportunities that may be of interest. Unless you contact us to remove your data.
